This Programme Covers Six Main Areas:

Why Mobility?

Mobility refers to our body's ability to move freely (without restrictions) and with control, through its full range of motion.

Increases Performance

Simply put, the more mobile you are, the stronger you can become. Having a larger range of motion within a joint (AKA no restrictions as you move) allows for the muscle to work at its full capacity. Experiencing restrictions in movement directly relates to your body not being able to perform at its best.

Decreases Risk Of Injury

Restrictions and limitations can lead to compromised movement and injuries. Mobility is your KEY ingredient to maximizing your performance and moving pain-free!

This is the most important reason to add mobility to your routine! Working on your mobility means working on your body’s ability to move through its full range of motion. Restrictions in movement are often where injuries/pain occur, because the body is forced to compromise. Adding mobility to your routine will drastically reduce the chance of injury as you begin to increase your range of motion, helping you move pain- and restriction-free within your body.

Your Mobility Coach
Nelio Rodrigues 
Nelio Rodrigues has been a Personal Trainer and Mobility Specialist since 2009 working on a one to one basis as well as small group training.

After 20 yrs of martial arts practise and the endless dynamic moves, Nelio develop a limiting lower back injury that lead him to consider a different approach to training. 

Since using his mobility routine on a daily basis, Nelio has been able to go back to full training and as a consequence of this has amplified his repertoire of martial arts disciplines.

Nelio works closely with a diverse range of clients, but says the Plan B Fitness clients are his favourites, due their commitment, dedication... and fun! 

Nelio is also a leading Capoeira Instructor, visiting Brazil several times to learn and improve his knowledge of this unique martial art.
